Happy New Year!! I am so glad that 2012 is finished and that we are moving on to a brand new year. I arrived back at work today and was excited to see some new spring pieces. Finally some colour!!  I thought that I would post some ideas so you can start your shopping list. I know, thank me later,  I’m just that awesome.

It started with the Christopher Kane for Jbrand denim that arrived- I can tell you right now that I am obsessed with these pants.

I put them with a great silk top from DVF, Johnathan Saunders spring trench, MMM brown booties and a neon Proenza statement clutch.

Oh and then I decided that this Proenza tee looked the best with them. And they also went great with the new MMM black booties- which are so comfortable they put the Isabel Marant Dicker boots to shame.

Here the pants are again in the different color combo. I would get these too… except Sarah reminded me that I have an Erdem pair quite similar (clearly it helps to have someone who remembers what you have already!). Opening Ceremony dress, Vince Leather Jacket, MMM brown bootie and Proenza orange clutch.

Ok. So when I went to pick out something to wear for New Years Eve- I had a massive problem finding something that wasn’t a sweater dress 🙁 SO my new years resolution is to purchase a new little black dress. Here are the contenders so far…

Loved this Mugler dress…I didn’t fill it out quite enough. Brian Atwood Clutch.

Loved this Nina Ricci dress. Actually we have a hard time keeping them in cause they look good on virtually everyone.

The picture just doesn’t do this justice. It’s a pretty amazing Barbara Bui leather dress.
