I was so pleased with the recent issue of Glitterguide, a guide to all things especially girly and pretty, to see the charming Tamara Taggart featured. It was no surprise when they asked Tamara to showcase her beautiful home. Her home is exactly as it is pictured, full of pretty things, and whenever you are there you feel welcomed and comfortable. What’s not to love? I end up lusting after all her cool art and prints that she has on all her walls…and then maybe going to The Cross to see if I can get them too…
Tamara in a Roland Mouret Dress Exclusive to The Room $1750. The cut and fabric is what makes this dress to die for. Roland has a knack for designing cocktail dresses that are very flattering to almost every woman’s figure. Tamara loves Roland. We choose two chains to wear at the neck instead of anything too blingy. This is a good way to stick to your personal style when wearing a gown for evening. Tone down the necklaces and you’ll feel more like yourself.
Wearing an Equipment blouse with horses on it, this has quickly become one of Tamara’s favourite blouses. Equipment does the best silk blouses, with excellent quality silk and cool prints- it’s perfect for a news anchor or any woman who appreciates a good blouse. The contrasting Anne Klein polka dot skirt $99, is right on trend- mixing different prints in the same tones. The blouses range from $250-$300 and are found at The Hudsons Bay.
I might as well be a spokesperson for Paul Andrew, I love his shoes that much! He is being heralded as the new Manolo Blahnik. Tamara wore only Paul Andrew shoes in this shoot because they really go with almost everything. And because I adore the whole spring collection. The ones shown are denim with a cute bow, $845.
